Offering an 8 week online Embodying Compassion and Effortless Mindfulness course beginning in January 2026 which integrates practices of self-compassion with the teachings of Loch Kelly, which are referred to as Effortless Mindfulness.

In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I am a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. My coach training program was IFS-informed. I have a certificate in Narrative Therapy from the Narrative Therapy Initiative.
Appreciative Leadership includes intentionally using a perspective which notices the positive practices that are already present and which are in alignment with the mission and values of an organization. I provide consultation to individuals who are interested in guiding their teams to articulate and to align their values with their work as a way to connect to their work with a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
